The client web module allows customers to log in remotely to see progress on their current jobs, approve quotations and create new jobs too (useful for raising jobs outside normal working hours). Clients can view and print worksheets from completed jobs as well as invoices and quotes, reducing telephone queries.
Engineer Web Access
Engineer web access module allows operatives to view their diary and look at previous jobs they have attended on any web enabled device.
Asset management module holds details of individual assets including location, site asset ID, type of equipment, make, model, serial number and warranty information. Maintenance history is recorded too, with costs and parts used, giving you a full audit trail of each asset.
Planned Maintenance (PPM)
The Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) option enables planned visits to be scheduled over several years. Any number of visits for any type of work and any type of asset. Run reports for future resource and financial management.
